Leaders and Dealers .. !

The difference between a Leader and Dealer is often subtle and thin .. 

Just like how a ship may have, a tiny crack within .. 

The ship if tested in still water without placing much load on it .. 

Passes the test of water when the crack is not immersed in it ..

But the ship is meant to sail through rough sea and roaring winds .. 

Only that ship who survives the storm, does ultimately win.. 

A Dealer disguised as a Leader is like that tiny crack in the ship ... 

When the times are tough and the seas are rough, cannot face hardship..

Worthless is the dam which has water, but is not deep !

Never can it generate power as its water can barely creep ..
