A company is formed but an organisation is built

Upon the foundation that will last if trust is inbuilt

A company is like a country but an organisation is like a nation

Where not just material growth but what matters is emotion

Infertile are emotions devoid of right actions

Unyielding are actions without right directions

What's use of those directions, which lack right intention ?

Of what avail are right intentions, without implementation ?

For organisations to thrive, emotions must unite

From the resonance thus formed, all hearts ignite

To achieve high efficiency, all actions must align

With such alignment, happiness does intertwine

Such efficient actions backed with right intentions

Are building blocks of great organisations and nations !
